Know your NEKO Points.
- ✓Earn: 10% of the bill amount is credited as NEKO Points.
- ✓Point value: 1 NEKO Point = ₹10.
- ✓Minimum to redeem: 200 NEKO Points (worth ₹2,000) to start using points on a purchase.
- ✓Validity: Points are valid for one year.
- ✓Where to redeem: At any Green Neko Café location.
Using your points
Your phone number is your ID.
Give your phone number when you make a purchase. NEKO Points are automatically credited to that number.
When you redeem points, you’ll receive a secure code by SMS. Share the code with the cashier to apply your points to the order.
Example: Spend ₹500 and earn 10% back, or ₹50. At ₹10 per point, that adds 5 NEKO Points to your balance.
